Cuaderno
The notebook you hold while you teach your own child
- Cuaderno is for a parent, not for a child. You hold the phone. Your child looks at you, at paper and at real things.
- It teaches reading and writing in Spanish, one sound at a time, in a set order. It also has a notebook for math and one for nature, both in Spanish.
- Every page is short and ends in a real job at home: writing the menu, setting the table, reading a label at the store.
- There are no stars, no points and no streaks. The only thing a child sees on the screen is one card at a time. A child moves on when the sounds are truly known.
- It works for children who live in two homes: each home sees what the other one did.
Who it is for
Families who speak Spanish at home and want their children to read and write it, while school teaches them in English.
